১. Recordroom Modernization The work of building a database (XL seat) is underway for modernizing and managing recordroom.
2. Appropriate Use of DLMS Project All the services of the land office through DLMS project are undergoing online application / payment activities.
৩. A seminar and a golghar are underway to provide service to the doorsteps of the Taruni people. Which will be completed very soon.
৪. Launching of One-Stop Services One-stop service of the Upazila Land Office will be launched for the delivery of services to the doorsteps of the people for implementation of Vision 2021 of the Government.
৫. Construction of new recordroom A new record room will be created for proper preservation of all documents of the Land Office.
৬. Khas Land Settlement Database Initiatives have been taken to create a Khas Land Database.
৭. Database of landless families Database initiatives have been taken to create a database of landless families.
৮. Database of Leased Deferred Assets Documents for leased property are undergoing softcopy and database creation.
9. Simplification of Chandana Vatiri Lease Provision for Hats and Bazars through DigitalisationShare Through digitalization, work is being done to facilitate the leasing of Chandina Viti in all the hats and markets of Kaliya Kair upazila. Which is under process.
